WRITE YOUR SENATOR!!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE Write your senator about Expedited CARD Reform for Consumers Act. I'm not sure this act would even help us right now but we need to send a message to B of A. The bill may not pass the senate so we need to bend the ears of senators. It took me 5 minutes so there is no excuse! Do it now, I guarantee you will feel better once it's done.

I wrote my senator, congressman, the white house, the FTC, the OCC and the Federal Reserve Board!
I have the gold line option acct. Took 35,000 for 60 month term. I have paid for 5 years and they say I still owe them 31,000. I held up my end of the agreement I have paid them 49,840. Would have done better going to a loan shark at least you know what you are dealing with.
